3.1 Digital Products

- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- The product must not have been downloaded or accessed
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
- Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is considered used and is not eligible for refund
3.2 Online Courses and Programs
For online courses, training programs, or educational series:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase
- No more than 25% of the course content may have been accessed
- Refunds will be issued minus any administrative fees (not exceeding 10% of the purchase price)
- Certificates of completion, if issued, must be returned or invalidated
3.3 Subscription Services
For recurring subscription services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
- Access to subscription content will continue until the end of the paid period
